“I have been using PowerHouse Property Management for three years to manage a rental home in Johns Creek. It has been absolute pleasure. They were able to quickly identify wonderful tenants. PowerHouse’s fees are very reasonable and service is impeccable and professional. I have always received prompt responses to my inquires and quickly notified of any issues at the property. Powerhouse has really taken the stress out of being a first time landlord.”
Adam Teja, Johns Creek, Georgia

“When my husband was transferred to a better job outside the country rather quickly, I was saddled with my little money pit house, wondering what the best way to deal with it was when we moved. Fortunately, friends of mine referred me to Powerhouse Property Management. Richard and his teams came in and took care of everything. There were many repair projects that needed to take place as well as cleaning and beautifying that I simply did not have the time to do before leaving the country. Richard was able to get these projects done in a very quick timeframe and with a pleasing and stunning level of frugality! He already has tenants lined up for my house! His rates for managing the property are very fair, and he only charges them when he has the property rented.
I’m very grateful to this company–it’s such a relief to know everything about my house is being taken care of without me having to worry about it. Richard responded quickly, professionally, and comprehensively.”
Janetta McCreery, Montreal, Quebec Canada

Suwanee Area Information

Suwanee Property Management

Whatever your definition of fun, you’re bound to find something of interest in Gwinnett County, nearby Atlanta, or the north Georgia mountains. Area attractions are too numerous to list, but just some of what you’ll find very close by include the Southeastern Railway Museum, Lake Lanier, Zoo Atlanta and its panda bears, Stone Mountain, the World of Coca-Cola, the Arena at Gwinnett Center, waterfalls, professional sporting events, several museums including the Hudgens Center for the Arts, and historical sites. The Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau website provides information about Gwinnett County and Atlanta area attractions.

Several small shops, including a regionally known home décor store and several antique stores, are located in and around the City. And if it’s big-time shopping you want, then you couldn’t be more centrally located than Suwanee. The City is located halfway between the county’s two major malls, Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth and the Mall of Georgia in Buford; each is about 10-15 minutes away. In addition, Discover Millsoutlet mall also is very close by, located only two exits south on I-85. Other outlet shopping is available north on Interstate 85, exit 149, and off Georgia 400 in Dawsonville.

Through its award-winning Open Space Initiative, begun in 2002, the City of Suwanee has acquired more than 300 acres of open space, created four new parks, and extended its multipurpose trail system. Each park has its own “personality” and unique uses. Suwanee offers a community-built super playground for children, PlayTown Suwanee; its urban park and community “front yard,” Town Center Park; the multi-faceted Sims Lake Park; and Suwanee Creek Park, which remains largely in its natural state and serves as the main trailhead for the four-mile Suwanee Creek Greenway.
